Dr. Lopez attended the University of Puerto Rico, where he earned his Master of Science in Environmental Health and Occupational Health. He also earned a Master of Science in Public Administration in Healthcare Administration from Troy State University in Alabama. He went on to the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2005. He completed a General Residency with the U.S. Navy at the prestigious National Naval Medical center in Maryland. Dr. Lopez served as a Captain in the U.S. Navy, and he continues to serve as a Dental officer in South Texas. During his time with the Navy, Dr. Lopez earned a number of Commissioned Corps and Honor Awards, including two Combat Zone Award medals. Dr. Lopez is committed to bettering the lives of his patients, one smile at a time!
